The Coalition of Regenerative Agriculture, Food, and Health (CRAFH)
Assessing knowledge gaps between stakeholders in the regenerative
agriculture, climate, and human health nexus and developing novel
strategies to close these gaps.
The relationships among agricultural practices, human health, and climate change are complex. Current conventional farm management is detrimental to the climate and critical ecosystem services and produces food of reduced nutrient quality, further exacerbating the human health crisis and resulting in soaring levels of chronic noncommunicable diseases. There’s a movement emerging that envisions transforming our agriculture systems to transform our health. Regenerative agriculture is a cornerstone in this movement.
